  • 220 g Gluten-free flour
  • ¼ cup Almond flour
  • 1 cup Luke warm water
  • 1 ½ tsp Dry yeast
  • 1 tbsp Psyllium husk powder
  • ¾ tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil


  • In a glass dish, combine the water and yeast, then whisk to combine
  • Leave the yeast to proof for 4 minutes
  • In a large bowl, combine the flour, salt, baking powder, and psyllium husk powder
  • While mixing the dry ingredients at low speed, add the yeast mixture and the olive oil
  • Increase the mixing speed to medium-high and mix for 3-4 minutes
  • Pull the dough off the sides of the bowl to shape into a ball
  • Cover the dough and let it rise for 30 minutes
  • Add oil or baking grease to a round pizza pan
  • Press the dough into the pan until a 12-inch round is formed
  • Let the dough rise for an additional 10 minutes
  • Bake at 425 degrees Fahrenheit for 15-20 minutes, then remove and add your toppings
  • Bake for another 10-15 minutes, until your toppings are heated through
  • Remove your pizza from the oven, let it cool slightly, then slice and enjoy
