Adjust your oven rack to the lowest position.
Preheat your oven to 500 degrees Fahrenheit (or the equivalent, if using a pizza oven).
Add three tablespoons of olive oil to a large, square metal cake pan or a Detroit-style pizza pan.
Place the dough in the pan and use your hands to carefully stretch the dough until it covers the bottom of the pan.
Add the pepperoni in an even layer over the dough.
Top with the cheese cubes, spreading them evenly over the pepperoni, all the way to the edge of the pan.
Spoon the pizza sauce over the pepperoni and cheese, in three straight lines.
Place the pizza in the oven and bake for 10-15 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and a crispy crust has formed.
Use a spatula to gently separate the crust from the pan, then place the pizza on a cutting board.
Slice into squares, serve, and enjoy.
