Basic Pizza Dough Recipe
This pizza dough can be used for most types of pizza, and it is incredibly easy to make.
- 600 g Flour
- 340 g Water
- 16 g Salt
- 20 g Fresh yeast
Add the water to a large bowl.
Dissolve the salt in the water.
Add the flour first and then the salt.
Mix for about 15 minutes by hand or 10 minutes by dough mixer.
Add the dough back into the bowl and cover by plastic wrap.
Let it bulk ferment for 2 hours.
Divide the dough into 4 equally large balls and brush with olive oil.
Let them ferment for another 2 hours and your dough is ready.
