Basic Pizza Dough Recipe

This pizza dough can be used for most types of pizza, and it is incredibly easy to make.

  • 600 g Flour
  • 340 g Water
  • 16 g Salt
  • 20 g Fresh yeast


  • Add the water to a large bowl.
  • Dissolve the salt in the water.
  • Add the flour first and then the salt.
  • Mix for about 15 minutes by hand or 10 minutes by dough mixer.
  • Add the dough back into the bowl and cover by plastic wrap.
  • Let it bulk ferment for 2 hours.
  • Divide the dough into 4 equally large balls and brush with olive oil.
  • Let them ferment for another 2 hours and your dough is ready.
