New York-style Pizza Dough Recipe
An authentic american New York style pizza dough
- 500 g Tipo 00 flour
- 300 g Fresh water
- 3.5 g Instant dry yeast
- 10 g Sea salt
- 1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 0.5 tsp Sugar
Stir the flour, salt, and yeast mixture into the water and mix until all the flour is incorporated.
Add oil and knead for about 20 minutes. When the dough is ready, it will spring back when you poke at it.
Place the dough in an airtight container and bulk ferment overnight.
Divide it into 4 equally large dough balls and brush some olive oil on top of them. Now let them ferment for another 3 hours and your dough is ready.
