Sonoma Farm’s Foie Gras “Soup and Sandwich”
Shaved Confit Porcini and Foie Gras Carpaccio, Egg Yolk Bottarga, Red Ribbon Sorrel
Grated Foie Gras Torchon Snow, Inniskillin Gelée, Candied Hazelnuts, Brioche
Roasted Squab Breast and Cured Foie Gras, Frisse, Tomato Confit, Rocket, Truffle Dressing
Foie Gras Fat Confit Veal Short Ribs, Grilled Foie Gras, Asparagus, Stuffed Morel Mushroom
Foie Gras and Pain d’Espice Gateau, Foie Gras Ice Cream
Reservations are $120 (tax and tip inclusive) but bring cash for drinks or an optional $45 wine pairing.
These intimate foie dinners will revolve through the month, each week with a different chef from your local restaurants.
Dishcrawlers will rate each dish, and at the end of the month, the chef with the best foie dish will be announced.
