Come celebrate this climaxing moment with a French Californian interpretation of juicy duck livers.

A reception followed by 7 elegantly prepared courses of foie gras.

Arugula Salad with Foie Gras Vinaigrette and Bacon

Foie Gras "Brûlée" with Strawberry-Pistachio Relish

Foie Gras Mousse with Tartufata and English Peas

Foie Gras with Hamachi "Mi Cuit" and Sherry-Maple Whip

Seared Foie Gras with Savory "Rhubarb Pie" and Warm Dulce de Leche

Roasted Pork Loin with Foie Gras Jus

"Foiecies": Foie, Penut Butter and Chocolate

Your reservation includes all food, tax and tip, but bring cash/card for wine/drink pairings.


These intimate foie dinners will revolve through the month, each week with a different chef from your local restaurants.

Dishcrawlers will rate each dish, and at the end of the month, the chef with the best foie dish will be announced.

Protestors, 5% of the proceeds will go to CHEFS, the Coalition for Humane and Ethical Farming Standards. Please, let us enjoy our moments left alone with our soon to be banned deliciousness.
